Many people reach out to me at a point when anxiety and self-doubt are preventing them from living more fully.

Perhaps you are holding yourself back from stepping into a new chapter of your life that you have always dreamt of, or you find yourself in repeated patterns and habits that are keeping you stuck. Maybe your insecurities and sense of inadequacy make it harder to be yourself in key relationships.  If you’re longing for more ease and confidence in how you engage with your relationships and life choices, this is precisely the type of work I do.

I offer you a space where we can slow down, and explore the parts of you that feel messy and complicated. Here, you don’t have to perform, explain yourself, or impress me. Whether you wear your heart on your sleeve or struggle to put things into words, we will untangle things with care, curiosity, and zero judgment.

I work with individuals and couples who want to feel more secure within themselves, and more connected in their relationships. Many arrive feeling stuck in perfectionism, people-pleasing, or painful relational dynamics. Together, we begin to shift these patterns, make sense of painful triggers, and rebuild self-trust.

I am highly attuned with my clients. In therapy sessions I’m paying attention, and adjusting my approach to your specific needs. I’m collaborative, trauma-informed, and always genuine. Clients often share that through our work they feel deeply understood, lighter, clearer, and more like themselves again. I look forward to seeing what we can do together to get you living the life you want.

What You Can Expect When Working With Lilien

Clients often describe feeling safe, understood, and deeply “met” in therapy with me, which is the foundation I aim to build from our very first session. I bring a calm, steady presence and a deep respect for each person’s story, pace, and way of being.

In our sessions, we might explore emotions, patterns, or relationships; we might pause to notice what’s happening in your body or try out new tools and perspectives. I bring in thoughtful reflections, gentle challenges, and at times, a little humour or lightness — because healing, while meaningful, doesn’t always have to be heavy.

I check in regularly to ensure our work together is feeling aligned with your needs. My role isn’t to “fix” you but to help you reconnect with your own inner clarity, strength, and capacity. Clients often share that therapy brings a sense of relief, insight, and liking themselves more.

Lilien's Experience & Training

Becoming a counsellor felt like a natural path for me. I’ve always been drawn to conversations that go below the surface — to walking alongside people in their most human moments, especially when life feels messy, uncertain, or in transition.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Counselling and have worked with a wide range of clients, including teens, people in recovery, couples, and families navigating complex challenges. My experience in these settings has shaped a flexible, compassionate, and deeply attuned approach to therapy. I’m especially experienced in working with anxiety, big emotions, relational dynamics, self-worth, and life transitions. Above all, I bring a steady presence and a strong belief in people’s capacity to grow when they feel supported and truly seen.

More About Lilien

I tend to lead with calmness and curiosity, but I also value honesty and realness. I aim to create a space where you can bring your full self — no pressure to perform or hold it all together.

Outside of my work, I’m an introvert at heart who loves time in nature, journaling, and slow mornings with coffee. But I also come alive in connection — going on little adventures with friends, exploring new trails, or sharing long, meaningful conversations.

Like many of the people I work with, I’ve had to learn how to listen to myself, navigate uncertainty, and grow through big transitions. That lived experience shapes my approach: grounded, non-judgmental, and attuned to the complexity of being human.
