Please note that, as of October 2026, Abigail has received her full RCC and RP status, and her rates have increased to match the rest of the clinic.

My favourite part of therapy is connecting with my clients (if you’ve ever thought that you’re just another spot on a therapist’s calendar, please know – you are so much more). And within that trusting connection stem the impactful conversations and emotional shifts that make a difference. When my clients tap into a new insight that leads them to approach stuck situations differently, I’m reminded how profound the payoffs in therapy are.

Whether we are addressing practical day to day concerns, or uncovering the complex core needs and conflicts that keep us locked into certain patterns, I am convinced that therapy can be a game changer for so many.

What You Can Expect When Working With Abigail

Some clients come to therapy looking simply to talk things out, and receive practical strategies. Others come because they recognise that they are really struggling – with big feelings, with difficult relationships, or with unrelenting anxiety or perfectionism.

I don’t flinch when exploring feelings that you may have had to previously mask – in fact, many people remark at how easy I am to open up to. And because you still need to get through your life in between sessions, I support all of my clients with practical strategies that are designed to help you navigate your reality with more nuance and flexibility.

If you work with me, you’ll experience warmth, realness, and humour. We’ll go at your pace, work with your goals, and see what unfolds.

More About Abigail

I am a Chinese-Canadian cisgender woman, born in the Lower Mainland to immigrant parents. I was raised by my Chinese-speaking grandmother and am conversationally fluent in Cantonese. As the eldest child in an Asian household, I get the struggles concerning parental relationships, perfectionism, and cultural identity. My experiences have made me deeply curious to understand why I am the way I am, and what I want for myself.

Growing up around technology, I have witnessed the current problems facing young adults, including social media, loneliness, and self-worth. I myself am very much plugged into the virtual world, because I like to stay connected! Both online and offline, I care deeply about my friends and family, and in particular, my chubby cat.
